How to Register for a Dental Office Viewing the Webinar Together:

  • Complete the registration form below and submit it.
  • For the dental team members who want CE credit for the program please send a list with team members’ name, license number and email address. This list should be sent to register@myfwdds.org
  • The dentist will receive an email to register for a Zoom link. Since the webinar is being viewed by a group you only need one link. Zoom will track attendance through the link.
  • Once you have registered with Zoom you will receive periodic reminder emails from Zoom about the webinar.

How to Register for a Dentist and Dental Team Members Viewing the Webinar Separately:

  • Each dentist and team member will need to complete the registration form below and submit it.
  • Each dentist and team member who wants CE credit for the program must include their email and license number on the form. CE credit cannot be awarded unless we have a license number.
  • The dentist and team members will receive an email to register for a Zoom link. Since the webinar is being viewed individually you will need a link registered in your name. Zoom will track attendance through the link.
  • Once you have registered with Zoom you will receive periodic reminder emails from Zoom about the webinar.

This is a member benefit program. It is open to dentists and their dental team who have renewed their membership for 2026.
